I’ve been interested in the esoteric and self-development for many years and I like to explore different practices. I’ve trained as a Kundalini yoga teacher and a yoga-nidra practitioner.

 

I love exploring different forms of meditation and working with the chakras. In 2022 I completed two-year accredited training programme with 'Kairos School of Astrology'.

Astrology has given me a deeper understanding of myself and others. The more I explore my natal chart the deeper my knowledge goes.
